Check-In Process

When you arrive on site for a meet, you will need to check-in with the volunteer coordinator to make sure they know you are present for your shift.

Most meets will call 1st half volunteers up when it is time to begin the shift. Volunteers should be in place prior to Half Lappers (aka Ducklings) swim at the beginning and middle of the meet.

Special Requests

If you have a special need/request, please communicate that with the volunteer chair and the team rep. We are able to accommodate most requests, and want to work with all our families to make swim season an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please remember that we all are volunteers too. The parents on the committee invest their time to make swim team a great experience for our children.

When everyone does their part, we all have fun.

WHAT IF . . . .

If your swimmer is swimming in the meet, your family is responsible for 1 volunteer shift.

If there is a last minute emergency, it is your responsibility to notify the volunteer coordinator and the team rep if you cannot meet your volunteer assignment PRIOR to the meet beginning.
