Hi Swim Families!

We’re so excited to kick off another great swim season! We’ve got a lot of important info to share to help everyone get ready, so please take a moment to read through the details below:

Registration Details

• Returning Swimmers:
  Registration will be Monday, April 14th from 5:30–7:00 PM at the Spanos Park East Clubhouse.
  • $145 for the first swimmer
  • $135 for each additional swimmer
• New Swimmer Registration:
  Will be held on Sunday, April 27th from 1:00–5:00 PM at the Spanos Park East Clubhouse.

Payment options: Cash, card, or check are all accepted.

Important note for Non-HOA Families: If you're outside of the Spanos Park East HOA, please bring a separate $100 check made out to "Spanos Park East Owners’ Association." This is required before you can complete registration.

Fundraising to Offset Registration

To help offset registration fees, we’re offering two fundraising opportunities:

1. See’s Candy Online Store (our regular, non-spring store) — now open until April 13th - if you need your special link please email Melissa at [email protected]
2. DiVinci Ticket Bundles (groups of 6), just like in past seasons

Spirit Wear & Suits

The Spirit/Suit Store will also open on Monday, April 14th! We’ll send out the link that day so you can grab all your team gear. More info coming soon!

Snack Bar Donations

We’ll be asking for snack bar donations again this season. Stay tuned — we’ll send out a sign-up link via SwimTopia once it’s ready!

Parent Meeting

Our Parent Meeting will be on Monday, April 29th at 6:30 PM.

We can't wait to see everyone and dive into the season together! Let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.
